Tips Reporting
You can now run multiple reports on your received Tips allowing for deeper insights into which Clients tip the most and which Sitters receive the most tips.
Reports available are Tips Over Time, Tips By Staff and Tips By Client.
Holiday Name on Invoice
Rather than the generic “Holiday Fee” Invoice line items will now show the name of the Holiday as defined in your Holiday settings.
First/Last Information on Schedule Report
If you have First/Last information enabled in Schedule Settings we will now include this on your Daily Schedule Emails as well.
Customize Service Request Language
It is now possible to customize the messaging displayed on the Client Portal just above the service request form. Look for this new setting in Language Settings -> Portal Service Request Form.
